Good service but expensive

Jim was very knowledgeable and thorough. Despite have a service contract I still had to pay $185 to have a $20 capacitor replaced. Too much!

Honest and Helpful Service

Overall experience was great. From convenient contact methods to make the appointment, to flexibility in scheduling, getting Honeycreek in to check on our AC and furnace was easy. Brad, the technician who came out, was kind, professional, efficient and honest in his recommendations. I never felt upsold, but he let us know about all the options, including how the higher end models would impact things. Never felt the need to make a major purchase but he gave us the knowledge and insight to know whether we wanted to or not. Huge fans and we will be working with them going forward.
