“Cool” service experience

Jim from Honey Creek Heating came out to do the annual service on my air conditioning unit. He came during the scheduled window. He explained what needed to be repaired and gave me the cost. He also answered my questions about how much a new unit would cost and how the air conditioner works.

I usually don’t write reviews but this company is great! Alex specifically was very professional and respectful! He explained everything very clearly to me so I felt comfortable making a decision on what to do. The company came highly recommended by a friend and I see why. We plan on having them come back for our regular maintenance on our AC and furnace in the future now.
