Today we visited to follow up from a recent visit with our technician. The air conditioning system has had multiple problems, primarily dealing with moisture since installation. We learned the system is not installed to code, has incorrect static pressure, and does not have enough pitch on the drain system. James completed an evaluation and drawing of the home to put together a report detailing the issues observed, and the necessary remedy.
