Today we visited because the heat did not seem to be working. Upon arrival the system was switched off. When we turned the heat on everything came on and cycled properly. Upon further inspection, the defrost board had a burned thermister. Rodney had a new defrost board on hand. We replaced the board with the one he provided and the machine is cycling heat mode properly.
