Doing a yearly maintenance customer stated that the condenser was not turning on and not cooling the air. We installed the system in 2022. Customer needs new wires run to the condenser into the thermostat. We tried jumping the thermostat to determine if a thermostat was a problem turns out that the wiring is the issue could still possibly be the reversing celluloid or the reversing valve. Customer has been made aware of both things. Collected have to deposit the rest will be collected upon completion of the project
