Customer had a few questions about ductwork and some dust that was coming out of his vent
Customer had to sub because the drain line clogged. Investigation Troy found that the drain line is very short, so we lengthen it a little bit to see if we could draft out some condensate and eliminate the atmospheric trapping that seems to be happening.

Found no current issues with the unit. Checked drain line, pressures, and capacitor. The system appear to be fully operational at this time. There is a bit of drywall dust on the evaporator coils that may be lowering the vapor saturation, however the unit is functioning properly.
During diagnostic fault led has displayed both input overcurrent and thermistor or voltage/current sensor abnormality. Going to need to contact tech support.
Found unit short cycling, with the pressures skyrocketing as if the unit is overcharged. Compressor locked out during the time of service. Possible faulty reversing valve not engaging properly, however unsure what the true 410a levels are. Will discuss with office for possible solutions.
