How are you did an awesome job he was quick and efficient I knew what he was doing
We were due for a semi-annual checkup of our recently installed home air-conditioning unit.. The technician called ahead of his visit to let us know when he was coming, as expected, and went right to work checking out the equipment. He performed a thorough check on all of the equipment and explained to me that everything was working well and to specifications. Later that day, I received a call from the home office following up on his visit and asking me how it went. I appreciated that as well.
Huber Heating installed my furnace today. They were very professional, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you
Josh was at my home to check Out my furnace which had stopped working. Unfortunately it could be repsaired and he gave an estimate and also encouraged me to get another estimate. After a few estimates I decide to go with Huber Heating mainly because of the prompt service and swiftness in which they responded. Pricing was also fair and very reasonable. Josh was professional and mindful of COVID protection. I will update another survey after my install tomorrow. Thank you
Great service! Josh was personable and honest. Very reasonable pricing.
Chad called prior to arriving, very personable, he went right to work, cleaned up after himself & even changed my filter. Thanks to him I feel secure for the winter. I will be using this company again.
Josh explained everything clearly and let me know about the the different choices I had There was no hard sell on any of the options
Loved how professional this guy was, third one out here in a few months and he finally diagnosed and fixed the problem. Last two guys tried to sell me a new AC without actually fixing the current one. This guy came out found the problem and fixed it. Great work.
I completed a full install on a Five Star 2.5 ton electric furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 ton air conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed an estimate for a Carrier 90,000 BTU gas furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 3 ton air conditioner.
I completed a diagnostic. From customers description of problem sounds like system was freezing up. Filter was dirty but we removed filter and I checked system operation. Even with filter out line temps are around 34° and system is very close to freezing up. Indoor blower is dirty as well as the evaporator coil. System is in poor overall condition, talked with customer and provided him with an estimate as his request.
I replaced a Lennox direct drive blower motor with capacitor. Tested system in heating and cooling mode afterwards. All system operations are OK at this time.
I completed a diagnostic. Customer advised me that he’s already put refrigerant in the unit himself twice. I found system very low on refrigerant again running at a 60° superheat. After talking with customer and his wife they have decided to just replace the system.
I completed a diagnostic. While checking through system I found the filter was a little bit dirty, and while trying to inspect the indoor coil I found a definitive crack in the heat exchanger right inside the main limit access to the right on the edge of the dimple. Got system running and found system also low on Freon. Running at a 32° superheat, this means system likely has a refrigerant leak as well. Explained this to the customer and provided them with a replacement estimate. Also advised them that the furnace was not safe to operate and should not be used again. I shutoff gas supply to furnace with customers permission. Customer will talk to realtor and get back to us.
I provided an estimate for a Five Star 60,000 BTU gas furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 ton air conditioner.
I provided an estimate for a Carrier gas furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 ton air conditioner.
I completed a diagnostic. On my arrival I got system running and found system very under charged, I added 1.5 pounds of refrigerant to get system within range. I found refrigerant leak at a liquid line Braze connection from our installation. Unit is cooling now.
