LARRY WAS AWESOME, DID THOROUGH JOB!

I have had alot of maintenance programs where I felt they were a waste of money, Larry is the first tech that actually spent time to explain everything on how my system works and what maintenance he did on unit. He is very pleasant, professional and honest. I would recommend this tech to anyone.

Ducting to back room is improperly ran. Has 8” feeding 2 8” ducts in master bedroom. 12” duct coming off end of plenum needs to be moved to side or top of plenum. Should be at least a 10” at minimum feeding 2 8”. Whole house fan will work in attic. Blow in another R19 of cellulose To bring to R38.

Upon arrival set system to cool. System ran for 30 seconds then turned off. Checked all electrical. Electrical is fine. Checked pressures. System is very low on refrigerant and making system cut out on low pressure. Performed electronic leak test and found leak on evaporator coil. Homeowner approved ordering new coil and refrigerant to fill system after coil is replaced. Homeowner opted to not charge up system today. Coil will be deliver to shop to tomorrow. Office will schedule follow up to install new coil at earliest appointment available. System is operational but still not cooling
