Excellent Customer Services

Jet came out for a follow-up appointment to check the status of a leak in our system. Although he was not able to find the leak (he said it was most likely inside our walls), he gave us several options on how to best move forward. Jet was very helpful and friendly, and provided excellent customer service.

Performed a diagnostic on a Carrier furnace for noise complaint. Noise is from having the wrong cooling fan installed on the inducer motor. Homeowner installed the cooling fan himself. Recommended replacing the cooling fan on the last visit but homeowner decided not to repair at that time. Emailed homeowner an estimate to replace the cooling fan.
