Upon arrival installed a new evaporator coil. Pump down the system and tested. Low side was pumping down and high side was raising. Pump Dow system again. Left to go get a new TXV and filter dryer. Came back and installed new txv and filter dryer. Tested system. Had 8.5 sub cool and 18 super heat. Temp split is 20 deg. System is operational at this time.
