Found outside hose bib burst had to cut drywall to get access replaced old with new hose bib tested for leaks all is good.
Replaced frost free sillcock on back of house due to being split from freezing conditions
No water pressure on hot side anywhere. Ran water on cold side from bypass valve and had full pressure. Cleaned filter on cold side on water heater and no have full pressure everywhere. Warranty.
I removed the threaded boiler drain and installed a sample tap with no threads. By doing this, I determined that the backflow preventer was not needed, and I consulted with the inspection company. I drained the pressure and Added it to the pressure tank, which is set at 28 psi. I installed a new pressure gauge.
Run 20 amp dedicated circuit for sauna. I had to fish down an insulated wall to get to the outlet location. Installed gfci breaker to protect the circuit due to it being considered damp location. Tested and functional when I left.
