AC and Furnace tune up on a 2012 York system. Check filter, air flow performance, set up humidifier for winter, check freon and electrical systems, clean system.
Performed a Furnace check out on a York furnace and serviced the humidifier. I also replaced the 20x25x5 air bear filter.
Performed repair on 1997 Carrier AC. Replaced failed dual voltage capacitor. Tested R22 refrigerant temperatures and pressures.

Performed the spring air-conditioner tuneup check on a York air conditioner. Checked the thermostat. Washed the outdoor unit. Replaced the Air Bear filter. Checked the condensate drain. Turned off the Aprilaire humidifier. Checked the dampers. Checked all electrical. Checked refrigerant charge. Verified proper pressures and temperatures of R410a freon.
