Scheduling the appointment was a pain. I called the number but the person that answered wouldn't actually schedule an appointment. She took my name and number and had someone call me back. Called on Friday, didn't hear back until Monday. I was in a meeting so I missed the call. The voicemail told me to call the main number again, which started the process again. After finding a way to direct dial someone, I setup a service window from 3-5pm a few weeks out. On the day of, I hadn't heard anything by 5:30, so I called the main number. Mind you, I left work early to be home by 3. Again, the person couldn't tell me anything, she just took my information and was going to have someone call me back. Right after I hung up, I received a text that the tech was on his way. He arrived by 6, did his thing, and left about 6:45. He initially thought that the humidifier was inoperable but he hadn't turned it on from the thermostat. I helped him with this and then things were OK. Chalk that up to lack of experience on his part? Otherwise, Jacob was polite, tidy, cheerful, answered my questions/concerns, etc. He was all of those things you expect from service personnel.
