Overall very satisfied. But had some trouble with the after hours answering service. I talked to the twice. 5:30 and 7:30pm and they assured me a technician had my message. But I never heard from a technician. I also left a message on the “emergency number” given to me by whoever staffs the online chat on your website. This was Monday 1/22. Tuesday before hours I talked to the answering service again and my message was delivered. Tuesday afternoon someone came out and fixed my problem. Just want to make sure you know there may be a kink in the after hours process.
