Looked over the mini split. Did a cooling preventative maintenance on three main house units. I found the units had high, starting amps, and not having any surge protection. 4 ton unit had a leaky Freon valves. The front of the house and kitchen units were low on charge. I replaced the service caps that were missing on the front two units and charge the units back to factory specifications and replaced the Freon valves in the 4 ton unit. The units are operating properly.
