Richard spent approximately 3 hours diagnosing our issue. Unfortunately, we do not have a/c from our new unit that was installed Jan 2025 We are being charged for a new thermostat, and I don't know why this is so. I would like to discuss this with Innovative Air once our new unit is up and running.

Completed heating maintenance on 6 ceiling mounted Mitsubishi ductless units and 2 trane roof top units. Disinfected all evaporator coils wiped down all units and washed all washable filters in ceiling mounted units. Removed, inspected and cleaned all flame sensors and spark ignition rods. Inspected and tighten all electrical connections. Checked amps and operations on all motors. replaced all air filters on roof top units there are still more filters available for next visit. Fired up and tested all units in heating and all are operational. Replaced contactor on roof top unit for the kitchen area and tested system. Today I arrived on site to address issues with the Heat and AC system (rooftop). Actions Taken: Addressed a thermostat displaying nothing. Found the thermostat to be faulty and replaced it. Identified a bad contactor at the rooftop unit. Noted that the contactor needs to be replaced. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that the tstat is blank. I proceeded to check the tstat of the kitchen area of the place. I found the tstat in blank. Replace the batteries. The tstat didn't work properly. The existing tstat is running the heat and the AC at the same time. Explain the situation to the client. I presented you with an estimate to replace the defective tstat. The client approved the proposal. Replace the tstat. I concluded with the installation of the new or Honeywell T4 tstat. Upon arrival found boiler on/running. Checked floor on all supply line. 2nd floor and family room zones are piping hot. All other zones x4 are cold. 2nd floor zone valve is sending call constantly to boiler for heat. Family room zone valve is allowing bleed through. Need to replace both 2nd floor & family room zone valves. Showed customer when 24volts wire from 2nd floor is disconnected signal to boiler to run for heat has stop. When wire is connected call resumes. Disconnected wire @ 2nd floor zone valve to stop call to boiler. Customer is aware that parts needs to be replaced.
