Upon arrival met with our client Chris and our Honeywell Rep David Trumbly. Also, our client Chris explained that the home seemed to be humid. Especially, in the master bedroom & office area. - Checked around the whole home with a digital psychrometer. Recorded and average humidity reading around the home of 58 - 60% relative humidity, dry bulb temperature average of 73 - 74 degrees, average dew point 56 degrees, and average wet bulb temperature 63 degrees. Most thermostats were set to 75 degrees so none of the systems were calling for cooling. - Outdoor conditions were sunny and a cool 66 - 67 degree ambient temperature, 46% relative humidity, and 48 degrees dew point. Showed David the areas of concern that are in need of improved temperature, humidity, and fresh air control. Noted all David's recommendations and returning to the office to meet with Chris and Johnny and work up options.

UNIT # 1 Kids Bedrooms/Upstairs 2 Zone System 1) Discovered 6" fresh air inlet with no damper controls. 2) System not equipped with UV Light protection. 3) System is not equipped with surge protection. 4) System has (1) float switch in emergency drain pan. 5) System not equipped with drain clean out. 6) Client explained that Son's front bedroom is a warm area. Downstairs zone thermostat in back hallway. Thermostat possibly satisfying before front room is satisfied. Adding averaging tempature sensors could address this issue. 7) Replaced F100 media filter. 8) Outside condenser coil needs to be chemical cleaned.
