Dustin was unable to service our furnace. He said it was irreparable. He showed us pictures of the burned up furnace and told us not to run it again as it could easily burn down our house. Since there was no actual service, I can't rate the quality, price, or convenience. At least he backed up his claims with photos.

I was sold a thermostat and according to tech that installed it that it would program humidity like old thermosts. Did. Come to find out tech lies Billy replCed my blower and told me that thermostat could not do that. I'm very disappointed. U should have put n my thermostat just like the old one . Same features.

Billy, the technician, was friendly and thorough in inspecting my cooling unit. Recommendations were made to help the performance of the unit but no sales pressure. That’s what I like about this company, they are about quality of work and not about making sales. Performed heating inspection for upstair and downstair units, checked duct work and air filter, checked carbon monoxide and and temperature, checked all electrical components and sensors. The upstair and downstair units are working properly at this time.
