Dylan arrived to do a winter weather checkup on our heating system. The auxiliary thermostat for our bedroom zone was not giving correct temperature. He is ordering a new and will return to replace. Dylan was polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with him. I rated him as ‘Excellent’. I did not rate the cost/pricing as our service agreement paid for the checkup and parts.
