Dustin performed the annual heating inspection on one electric system.

Checked in with valued client, located equipment and began spring Inspection. After a detailed inspection I found that the 2 units were working properly at this time. Unit one is a bit older but in good shape. Blower wheel was found to be clean but the coils had sightings of rust, growth, and VOCs. Client does understand the importance of clean air so we went ahead and cleaned them off for them today. Other then that all components are working as they should be per the data plate. inspected the Heating system. We amped out the heating elements as well as the blower wheel and both were within the expected range. We inspected e blower wheel and also the evaporator coil and both were in bad condition at this time. The blower motor had a large amount of dust and buildup in it and the evaporator coil had the same and both will need immediate attention. I also noticed that the ductwork has been ripped in several areas as if something had been climbing on it. I brought these findings to the homeowners attention and they will decide on a day that they Service can be performed. Customer gave the okay that we returned to pull and clean the blower motor and repair torn ductwork to stop loss air air flow.
