He found that my outside unit was so dirty and have never been cleaned, he pulled out tons of leaves and washed out so much dirt I now see how inefficient my unit was functioning. He also found that my capacitor was out of parameter. I am so happy to have someone like him to make sure everything is working properly and that I don’t have any issues in the future
