Saturday evening we realized one of our A/C units stopped working. From the website I sent a chat message requesting repair service. Less than a minute later the response arrived and minutes later the scheduler called. Elmo, a tech arrived and completed our repair plus a professional evaluation of the issues our dual system faces. Initial inspection noticed during call for cooling compressor not coming on checked current controller and it’s way below specs. Also main line starter is burned and pitted. Recommend replacing current controller and adding surge protection and replacing mainline starter.
