Kage was very attentive and answering questions related to my AC. Took time to check compressor outside as well. Had a clogged line and quickly resolved it. So far as of today my filter pads are not wet and no drips. Followed all protocals due to pandemic. Although we did find the unclogging service was rather steep for our budget.
