Duct / dust inspection for home that has had a lot of recent construction done. Spoke with homeowner and went over list of history of work done ( see attached photo). They are having a sensitivity to the dust, with allergic reactions, etc. inspected attic, ductwork, air handler, can ignite and supplies and returns from inside. Due to some recent cut ins on supplies and returns, it is letting some attic insulation (cellulose) from attic. Recommend having boots sealed around edges by the Sheetrock cut ins and having ducts cleaned. All work comes with a 1 year 100% satisfaction guarantee on work done.
