16OCT2023 Jason Brown Arrived for previous customer no heat. Spoke with Ryan about the systems performance. It’s not heating and the airflow has almost completely dropped out. The heater will only run for a couple minutes. Inspected equipment. Found inducer cooling wheel broken, a bad flicker in the cell 1 as well as burns on the chassis, and dirty filter. Checked serial furnace is 23 yo. Ran furnace for 5 min picking up 1ppm CO. Spoke with homeowners about repairs and replacement. Left estimate for replacement. Estimates are good for 30 days. System is not safe to operate at this time. F58WAV091-14116 Filter was blocking airflow causing furnace to trip high limit and stop.
