Jake K. I arrived for a red club membership fall tune up. I fist spoke with the homeowner and we discussed the club maintenance plan and they they use to have two blue club members one for each unit and on 06-2023 they canceled both plans and on 07-2023 they purchased one red club membership plan for one unit. I only preformed a red club maintenance plan on the upstairs unit. I inspected the system and found the 16 year old unit to be in bad condition and very dirty. I showed the homeowner the condition of the system and made it aware that I can clean and repair the system but I would recommend to replace the system vs making repairs on this system due to age and condition. I did let her know that we do have a free coil for the month of February. This system is running at this time but is dirty and in need of a major cleaning.
