3 system Blue SPP summer AC services. Spoke with customer, and door for guest house that has 12x12 filter was locked, so left it out for them. Changed or left the rest of filters with customer included with blue spp. We have had some communication issues in the past with address directions and bringing enough filters, so I made sure to get updated note for all of these issues for customer. Washed all 3 condensers, checked capacitors, contactors, ohmed compressors and checked refrigerant pressures. Checked inside guest home blower, checkedevap coil, drain line and inspected ductwork. Customer had sleeping children in main home so we did not inspect inside systems there on this service, but based on outdoor readings, all seems well at this time.Also left estimates for surge protectors and hard start kits.
