Performed preventative maintenance on AC systems for customer. Customer stated that the units are working, but it’s been awhile since they’ve been checked and wanted them maintenanced. I inspected the filters, blower assemblies, motors, electrical components, evaporator coils, drains and overall condition of equipment in both garages. Cleaned condenser coil thoroughly. Inspected the condenser coils, capacitors, contactors, compressors, fan motors and operation of units. Checked thermostat operation, wiring, amps, temperatures and pressures. Guest house evaporator coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Customer had me clean it. I cleaned the evaporator coil thoroughly with wire brushes and foaming spray. Both units are cooling properly at this time.
