13APR2022 Jason B Arrived for spring tune up, spoke with Steve about the systems performance. Heâ€™s concerned that it doesnâ€™t seem to be cooling as quickly as in the past. Inspected coil, blower cabinet, motor and all electrical components at the air handler. Inspected capacitor, fan, and compressor. Cycled system back on. Changed filters. Found some hair getting past the filter. At the AH spoke with Homeowner about it, they were having trouble getting filters for two month and used the green mesh filters. Picked out hair and tested drain lines with 1L water. Changed filter and set thermostat back to heating. It is too cold to at this time to check refrigerant charge. System is running properly at this time.
