Ray F 7/14/22. arrived to a new customer no cool service call amd the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what hvac issues she was having. She stated the ax will go as high as 80 degrees in the heat of the day. I inspected the condenser and found non condensibles in the refrigerant. Thick substance coming from valves when gauges were removed. Informed customer and quoted pricing to repair and she contacted home warranty company. They will not cover the cost to repair as they said it is from a previous problem. Customer would like a quote on new equipment. Will forward info to office and be in contact asap.
