Ray F. 7/23/22. Arrived to a blue club member no cool service call and the customer greeted me at the front door. I introduced myself and Mike explained to me that we had recently been out for a refrigerant issue. We inspected the condenser and found no 24 volts to the contactor. Inspected system in the attic and found the emergency float switch has tripped. Condensate drain line is clogged. Cut and cleared line with shop vac. Coupled line back together and checked system operations. System working properly at this time. Did not charge customer as we were just out on the 12th of this month. Thank you for your business.
