Ray F 8/3/22. Arrived to a silver club member ac tune up x2 and the customer greeted me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked how his air conditioners have been working. He informed me that they were working very well and showed me where the hvac equipment was located. I proceeded to turn the thermostats down and inspect the furnaces and evaporator coils in the attic. The blower motors, wheels and housings are all clean with no obstructions and the amp draws are normal. Both blower wheels are in alignment. The 7.5 run capacitor on the second floor furnace is weak at 5.9. Wiring is in good condition. Attic insulation is sufficient and the ductwork is in good condition. Return and supply temps are at 20 and 21 degree differentials. Condensate lines are draining properly. Inspected both condensers and found the refrigerant levels normal.
