30SEP2022 Jason B Arrived for two system fall tune up, and thermostat programming. Spoke with David about the thermostat and systems performance. We were able to program the upstairs stat but don’t see the option for the downstairs. The systems have been working well as far as I can tell. Inspected downstairs master thermostat. Opened ISU menu and enabled programming. Offered to set it up for them, but David said he’d take care of it. Inspected coil, blower cabinet, motor, safeties, gas pressure, capacitor, flame sensor, HSI, flue, heat exchanger, manifold, burners, and all electrical connections at the furnace. X2 Checked ppm of CO at returns. Changed all filters. Homeowner mentioned that the flue had been leaking when we were last out but it was sprinkling out at the time. Set up ladder, sealed flue around storm ring with silicone. If there is still any water penetration I recommend replacing the flashing. Both systems are in good working condition and ready for heating season.
