I have worked with a lot of contractors in my time and I have never had such a great experience with Kianoosh. He had the best attitude and truly seemed enthusiastic to help and and educate me. He did not try to oversell me in fact he was about as honest as a person could be. We talked about how building relationships are the most important part of the business. Interstate is truly focused on educating the customer so that the customer can make an informed and educated decision. No pressure. An employee like Kianoosh is priceless to an organization and I'm sure that trickles down from great leadership. Make sure you do not let Kianoosh go without making him a sizable offer :)
