I arrived for a new customer system replacement opportunity. The homeowner showed me the location of the indoor and outdoor system and I found the system to be short on duct work but we did not want to address the duct work. I also found the location of the condenser to be n a spot to where the new system size increase will block the airflow of the new system or block the clean out or water valve if the system is installed in the same spot. I offered to relocate the system to the other side of the garage door at no additional cost and for us to run flex line to power the new condenser but explained how it will look with us using flex line vs having a electrician come out to install ridged electrical lines. Our system will come with a 10 year parts warranty and a 2 year labor warranty. We will relocation the system and run a line set with the system regardless of the homeowner decides to relocation the condenser.
