I arrived for a blue club member on a system that is having a noise issue and a water problem. I inspected the system and found the duct to not be insulated and sweating and dripping onto the dip ceiling. I also found the system to be stopped up in much the same condition as it was when we first cleaned the system. The blower wheel is getting stopped up with dust and heavy debris causing the wheel to become unbalanced and cause the system to vibrate. I recommend to clean the evaporator coil and blower wheel at this time. They are going to try and change their product and have us clean the system after their product change. Then we will proceed with the systems normal maintenance to keep the systems running properly.
