03NOV2022 Jason B Arrived for fall tune up, spoke with homeowner about the systems performance, everything is working, we have ran the heat. Cycled system into heating at thermostat. Inspected heat exchanger, HSI, capacitors, motors, coils, and all electrical connections/ components at the furnace. Ran systems ~15 min 0ppm CO x3 Removed wasp nest from downstairs flue, found coil and blower motor in need of a more in-depth cleaning. Found HSI at 100 ohms and ready to be replaced, as well as downstairs run capacitor at 12/20 mfd. system above second story has come apart at the coil and furnace connections and needs to be releveled. Concord system above garage is in great shape. Replaced 4 24x14x1 filters filters were very dirty and not being changed in between visits went over filter plus plans. Spoke with homeowner about my findings we decided to take care of the HSI and run cap today and will return on 16nov2022 to re level the upstairs equipment. We will collect payment upon completi
