I’m not at all happy with how this service call came down. First I was quoted 99 for service call and was charged double that which feel is excessive compared to other quotes I’d received. Secondly, I’m not sure “exactly” why the part was replaced and don’t have any details as to why and my wife didn’t understand why. But almost 300 was shocking and part and labor was not specified which was my first red flag. I will attempt to contact the tech but right now I’m not at all happy
