I arrive for a silver membership no cool call. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that they have turned the system off day before when they were not home. I first inspected the condenser and checked all electric components in the system. I then inspect the indoor system located in the attic of the the masters bedroom. I inspected the evaporator and all electrical components in the furnace. I checked the system temperature drop across the furnaces and evaporator coil. I check the systems refegerant charge and found the system to be running at 9.8deg superheat and the system called for 10 deg superheat. I cycled the system on and off and found no issues with this system at this time. I do recommend to add or increase the return duct to help recirculate air in that section on the home. I recommend to give the systems some time to cool the masters bedroom area down. I found no issues with this system at this time. If you have any problems please contact us and we will be right out
