I arrived to inspect a carrier air handler and a Payne condenser to be installed. The old equipment has already been removed. The new system will have to have a new line set and new electrical. We will set the indoor and outdoor system. We will replace the thermostat and program it to the homeowners preference. We will fire the system up and check its operation and add up to two pounds of R410A. We will reconnect the return plenum and seal the system properly. We will Install a new filter base to filter the system in the closet. Any parts that are not provided will be a additional charge. The system will have a 1 year warranty on labor only and no warranty on the equipment. If the system will not run upon start up we will notify the son and the homeowner of the issues and we will decide what to do on repair cost at that time. Overall I see no issues with this system as it sets uninstalled.
