Duct cleaning inspection for home with upstairs and downstairs heat pump systems. Inspected upstairs ductwork and found the majority of it to be too risky to clean, as the ductwork has deteriorated from heat and is weakened. Our cleaning brush may damage the inner liner and there is no easy way to access the ductwork due to home composition. Inspected downstairs floor supplies and they can be cleaned. Went over options and customer also had an issue with an old thermostat sensor that does not communicate with their current thermostat. Left estimates to replace thermostat upstairs. Will also duct clean downstairs and clean upstairs supply boots and vents. Duct cleaned downstairs supplies with2-4 passes each and shop vacced extra debris. Cleaned upstairs vents and boots by hand and disinfectant wipes. Replaced and cleaned up any excess debris and items. Changed our customer supplied filters. Sprayed in hospital grade disinfectant spray.
