Non club tune up. Homeowner maintains filters. Blower motor run capacitor tested good, motor and wheel are clean, indoor coil is clean, condensate drain line is clear. Washed condenser coil, dual run capacitor is on low side of good for both fan motor and compressor, rated 50/5uf, actual was 46/4.6uf. Contactor points are good. Checked operation and found system low on R-22. With homeowner approval I added 1lb R-22. System is operating normally at this time. There are bare low voltage wires at condenser, recommended dual run capacitor be replaced, no armaflex on suction line at condenser, recommended float switch be installed on indoor coil secondary drain. Homeowner declined all repairs at this time.
