Ray F. 6/21/2022. Arrived to blue member no cool call and customer greeted me at the garage. I introduced myself and asked what air conditioner issues he was experiencing today. He informed me that the air conditioner was not keeping up at 74 degrees. 77 degrees in home. He recently replaced air filters. He showed me where the hvac equipment was located and I inspected the evaporator coil in the attic. Found clean. Blower motor, wheel and housing are clean. Condensate drain line is clear. Unable to seal door correctly when putting back on, Sealed with metal tape. Customer is aware. Inspected condenser and found coils dirty and system low on r410a refrigerant. Quoted customer pricing. Cleaned condenser coils. Added 2 pounds refrigerant. Return temp of 80 degrees. Supply temp 66. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. Contactor and capacitor ok. Wiring and disconnect in good condition. Informed customer that we added refrigerant to the system last year (
