Ray F 8/16/22 Arrived to a silver club member ac tune up and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked how the air conditioner has been working this summer. He stated there has been an airflow problem with his back bedroom and daughter’s room that we have worked on several times since it has been installed last year. He showed me where the equipment was located and we proceeded to replace customer supplied (3) 10x20x1 air filters. Blower motor, wheel and housing are clean, as is the evaporator coil. Blower amps are normal. Condensate drain line is clear. Wiring is in good condition. Condenser fan motor and compressor amps are ok. Wiring, contactor and disconnect are in good condition. Condenser coils are very dirty. Cleaned coils with water. Refrigerant levels are normal. Run capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Return and supply 72 and 52 degrees.
