Ray F 8/17/22 Arrived to a silver club member ac tune up and the customer met me in the driveway near the gate. I introduced myself and we inspected the system in the attic. Found the blower motor, wheel and housing clean. The evaporator coil is clean, but starting to rust. The UV bulb is working properly. Return and supply temps of 74 and 54. Blower amps normal. Wiring in good condition. Condensate drain line is clear. Inspected the condenser and found the compressor and fan motor amps ok. Run capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. The refrigerant levels are normal. Cleaned the condenser coils. Replaced customer supplied air filter. System is working properly at this time.
