Ray F 8/19/22 Arrived to a silver club member ac tune up and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked how the air conditioner has been working. She informed me that the system was doing good, considering the hot weather we have had. She showed me where the equipment was located. The evaporator coil is clean, as is the blower motor and wheel. The blower amps are normal and wiring is in good condition. Run capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Replaced customer supplied air filter. Temperature differential is 19 degrees. Condensate drain line is clear. Inspected condenser and found the refrigerant levels normal. Contactor, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Capacitor is within manufacturer specifications. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps are normal. Surge protector wiring in good condition. Supply lines to water heater are corroded. Recommend replacement of the lines. Customer states her husband will take care of it. A
