Clean condensing unit thoroughly, checked Reservoir, reversing valve, dual capacitor, contactor, fan motor and compressor on heat pump. I went in attic and checked evaporator coil, replaced drain pan treatment, checked condensate drain and wipe down internal surfaces of air handler With disinfectant wipes. Checked blower, dampers and seals on ductwork. Refrigerant charge is good, and so is temperature split. System working great at this time! Talk to homeowner about our Polarized and Media air cleaners again and they want to go ahead and try a set of three, will check back in November to get them ordered and installed. Will send customer invoice for drain pan treatment for today’s work.
