Arrived for white shield no cool. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. It’s not cooling, also the downstairs system isn’t working either. Inspected upstairs system found fuse blown replaced fuse cycled equipment. Checked amps and voltage. Cycled equipment through all stages at the thermostat system is cooling properly. Inspected package unit. Found breaker tripped. Reset breaker and cycled equipment. Found condenser fan motor not running. Checked amps. Fan is completely out. Called homeowner with permission replaced condenser fan motor and cycled the equipment. Blower motor not moving air and coil freezing. Inspected blower motor found its out too. I do not have a blower motor on me at this time. Pausing appointment for now. Set disconnect into the off position.
