Inspected coil, heat exchanger, plenums, gas lines, ductwork connections and all components at the furnace. Tightened wire caps and low voltage connections. Brushed debris and gunk out of evap. Removed blower assembly and tested balance and capacitor. Reinstalled blower and tested heat rise. Found blower wheel dirty and blower cap reading 4.5/7.5 mfd. spoke with homeowner about my findings we decided to leave it be for now. While I was out I noticed the newer York system struggling to start and may have some ignition issues. Equipment is under contract with another company.
