I arrived for a blue club membership tune up X2. I first spoke with the homeowners and found that they are moving to a new home and they wanted to have both the indoor and outdoor system inspected for the new home owners. I first inspected the indoor systems starting with the downstairs unit and found the 10 KW air handler to be clean and in proper working order. I checked all electrical components and the operation of the thermostat and found it to be running properly. I then inspected the air handler in the end story and found the air handler with a 5 KW heater to be running properly and all electrical components to be running well. I then checked that systems thermostat and cycled it through all settings as well. I then replaced both filters in the upstairs and downstairs units. I then inspected both outdoor heat pumps and found both coils to be fairly clean. I cleaned both condensers and inspected all electrical components in both heat pumps.
